Multiculturalism Center hosts a meeting with US Senators

A meeting has been held in Baku International Multiculturalism Center with a group of US Senators visiting our country for participation in the Second Baku Summit of World Religious Leaders. At the meeting, BIMC Executive Director Ravan Hasanov provided detailed information about the successful multiculturalism policy pursued by President Ilham Aliyev, the advantages of the Azerbaijani model of multiculturalism, the Baku Process, as well as the projects implemented during the 5-year period of activity of the Multiculturalism Center and the work of the American branch of the organization. During the conversation, Ravan Hasanov also touched upon the Second Baku Summit of World Religious Leaders and its importance. The guests thanked the executive director for the interesting meeting and were gifted with books published by BIMC in English. The meeting was attended by President of the Montana State Senate Raymond Scott Sales, Deputy President of the Oregon State Senate Laurel Sue Monnes Anderson, Leader of the Hawaii State Senate Majority Jamie Kalani English, Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives in the Montana State Senate Errol Wylie Galt, Utah State Senator William Gene Davis and Member of the Supervisory Board of Pierce County of the Washington State Pamella Norris Roach, as well as BIMC advisor Aytan Gahraman.
