Irina Kunina, a representative of the Baku International Multiculturalism Center who is a teacher at the Chair of International Relations of the Azerbaijan University of Languages, spoke in detail about ethnic groups in Azerbaijan, the fact of their living under conditions of mutual understanding and the absence of conflicts, as well as the integration and management policies of the head of state in this multicultural society . Then the questions of the workshop participants were answered.
