THE MULTICULTURALISM CENTER HAS PUBLISHED THE WORK "ALI AND NINO" IN TAT LANGUAGE

Since its establishment, the Baku International Multiculturalism Center has been implementing various projects in the direction of preserving the culture, language and traditions of the peoples living in Azerbaijan. One of such projects is the translation and publication of the work of the Azerbaijani writer Gurban Said “Ali and Nino” into the languages of various peoples living in Azerbaijan. This time, the work of the prominent Azerbaijani writer Gurban Said, "Ali and Nino", which is considered one of the best novels of the 20th century by well-known literary critics in Europe and the United States, has been translated into the Tat language and published within framework of project. 
The author of the idea of the book “Ali and Nino” is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Baku International Multiculturalism Center, academician Kamal Abdulla, and the editorial staff includes Ravan Hasanov, the executive director of the Baku International Multiculturalism Center,  academician Mukhtar Imanov, the director of the Institute of Folklore of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, Doctors of Philology, professors Shirindil Alishanli, Tehran Alishanoglu and Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Solmaz Rustamova-Tohidi. The person responsible for the project is Rashad Ilyasov, the head of the department of the Center. Book reviewed by Rafiq Samander was translated into the Tat language by Telman Aliyev, an associate professor at Vladimir State University in Russia.
Note that the book "Ali and Nino" is one of the most famous and scandalous works of our literature. The book has been translated into 33 languages of the world and published in 66 countries.
The work "Ali and Nino" has been translated and published by the Baku International Multiculturalism Center in recent years into Udi, Talysh, and Lezgi languages.
