The Baku International Multiculturalism Center (BIMC) has published the book "Onomastics of Truth - 2. Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur".
The book, compiled on the recommendations of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, surrounds encyclopedic information about oikonyms, oronyms and hydronyms in the territories of the Karabakh and East Zangezur regions of Azerbaijan occupied by the Armenian armed forces since February 1988. Toponyms in the territories of Karabakh and East Zangezur were investigated from a linguistic, historical, and geographical perspective as the object of research, and the areal ethnotoponyms of these territories were analyzed explanatoryly. The book, intended primarily for linguists, historians, geographers, scientists, researchers, politicians, teachers, and students, presents readers with some of the dark pages of history that we all need to know. The book is a valuable source that confirms with consistent facts that Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur were the ancient Turkic-Oghuz homeland.
The authors of the book "Onomastics of Truth-2. Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur" are Nazim Velishov and Tahir Kazimli, the project leader is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Baku International Multiculturalism Center, People's Writer, Academician Kamal Abdulla, the project manager is Ravan Hasanov, the executive director of the Baku International Multiculturalism Center, and the scientific editor is Natig Babayev, a senior research fellow at the Institute of Geography of ANAS, a doctor of philosophy in geography. 
The book's editorial board includes professor Karim Shukurov, General Director of the Institute of History of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS), Doctor of Historical Sciences, Zakir Eminov, General Director of the Institute of Geography of the ANAS, Doctor of Geographical Sciences, Musa Gasimli, Director of the Institute of Caucasus Studies of the ANAS, Corresponding Member of the ANAS, Deputy of the Milli Majlis, Hajar Verdiyeva, Chief Advisor of the Political Documents Archive of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan,  Elchin Ismayilov, Associate Professor, Head of the Onomastics Department of the Institute of Linguistics of the ANAS, Doctor of Philosophy in Philology,  Araz Gurbanov, 
Leading Advisor of the Baku International Multiculturalism Center, Mugabil Bayramov, Vice-President of the Azerbaijan Geographical Society Muqabil Bayramov and  Aysel Garibli, Doctor of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Turkic Languages of the Institute of Linguistics of the ANAS.  

It should be noted that the book "Onomastics of Truth", dedicated to the facts of changing and falsifying historical and geographical names in the territory of the present-day Republic of Armenia, was previously published. The book was published based on recommendation of President Ilham Aliyev, in his speech at the opening of the Tartar Olympic Sports Complex on June 3, 2020, to Azerbaijani scientists and specialists on the study and promotion of this topic, and was organized by the Baku International Multiculturalism Center and with the involvement of historians-scientists, experienced specialists in historical toponyms, linguistics and cartography from the Presidential Library of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, and the Azerbaijan University of Languages.
